We collect information about you when you visit our website, make a purchase make a  request via completion of a form on my website, or contact me via direct email .

I  use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do  this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and improve use of my website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Any data collected via this method is automatically deleted after 14 months.

Rural Retro has no access to any of your financial information. All payments for orders are handled externally to Rural Retro via the secure Paypal service. You can view the privacy policy that applies to transactions on Paypay here

Take and fulfill customer orders.

Contact you to fullfill any enquiry you have made.

Only disclosed to third-parties for delivery purposes.

I  use a trusted third party IT service provider located within the European Union to provide a website hosting service.

As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide  may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. This may happen in the event my IT service provider servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK, however have been verified by my website hosting  provider to ensure that they are compliant with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this type of transfer, storing or processing.
